The main objective of the study is to analyze the communicational dynamics of (in)visibility in the experiences of LGBTQIA+ refugees and immigrants in Barcelona. The methodology encompasses a set of theoretical reflections on the subject and a semi-structured interview with ten LGBTQIA+ refugees and immigrants. The analysis focuses on the autobiographical narratives of the interviewed subjects, from which it is possible to verify that the communicational dynamics of (in)visibility directly impact their displacement experiences.
